Peter is a blue water sailor having competed in 2 Americas Cup campaigns and 10 Sydney to Hobart races. Following a successful career in corporate, Peter established Spirit Marine in 2016 and since then has built Spirit into a formidable boat importing and sales business.
Randall has held a number of C-Suite roles in a diverse range of businesses in Australia, the USA, Canada, the UK and Asia. That included CEO, CFO, Head of Legal and Executive VP roles, and 46 Board level appointments. Randall has been tasked with taking Spirit to the next level.
Geoffrey has been Head of Sail at Spirit for 5 years. Recently appointed Head of Sales - Beneteau Brands, Geoffrey has been tasked with growing the sale of our entire Beneteau Boat Portfolio throughout Queensland and ensuring our clients’ needs are fully met.

Located on the Sunshine Coast, Troy looks after all the needs of our Sunshine Coast clients. He has been tasked with growing our business across the full portfolio of our boat models and brands in the Sunshine Coast region. Before joining Spirit, Troy forged a successful career in Boat dealer sales and administration in Sydney.
Andrew is a boat builder and shipwright. He is responsible for the commissioning of all new boats after they arrive in Australia from the overseas manufacturer, readying them for handover to our clients. He also provides After Market technical support to our Team and to our clients.
Julie takes looks after all administrative aspects of the day-to-day business at Spirit including client needs, supply chain management and Spirit Care. Julie has held a number of senior administrative roles across a diverse range of sectors that include legal, real estate, hospitality and events.
Jesse is our Led Service Technician, based at Hope Island on the Gold Coast. As Spirit is a Mercury OEM Dealer, Jesse is responsible for ensuring that the commissioning of motors on newly imported boats, and the servicing of Mercury motors on an on-going basis, is carried out in accordance with Mercury Warranty and Service stipulations, and that our client’s needs are fully met.
Warren joined Spirit recently and has an extensive CV in the boating sector forged over many years. As the Spirit business continues to grow and expand, Warren’s unique business skills sets will help us deliver and excel – across many different facets of the Spirit Marine business in Queensland.
